風管處擺爛　意外頻傳未改進

【李定宇、陳如嬌／新北報導】鼻頭龍洞地質公園瘋狗浪奪八命，東北角風管處推諉說「僅道義責任」，態度顢頇，令人不齒！新北市政府曾因水域安全問題多次與風管處協商，要求釣客強制穿救生衣，但風管處不當一回事，市府只好根據《災害防救法》對未穿救生衣釣客開罰，新北市官員痛斥：「風管處沒居安思危觀念，太扯。」
