【突發、生活中心╱連線報導】鼻頭角龍洞前天發生瘋狗浪奪走八命慘劇，負責管理的交通部觀光局東北角暨宜蘭海岸國家風景區管理處有嚴重疏失，處長許正隆昨竟毫不愧疚卸責說：「僅負起道義上責任。」風管處不僅事前不管制、無人在海域巡視，事發時也無人員到場協助，事發後更對罹難者不聞不問，連說派人加強巡邏也沒做到，顢頇態度讓新北市副市長侯友宜飆罵：「什麼道義上的責任？這是政府的責任！」家屬痛斥，政府明顯有疏失，要「昏官快滾！」
