HD影片轉檔用電腦 配這樣可以嗎??

最近組一台電腦

工作上要使用的

要轉接HD高畫質影片

影片從數分至 一個多小時影片都有

所以需要一台快一點的電腦

使用的軟體是EDIUS

我配了兩組

CPU:i5  4440 
VGA:7770  1G
RAM:8GB
MB:B85晶片主機板

CPU:E3  1230V2
VGA:7770 1GB
RAM:8GB
MB:B75晶片主機板

電腦還會擴充  IEE1394 轉接界面    HD影像擷取卡   

大致上是這樣  我想請問一下  這樣的規格OK嗎

顯示卡需不需要在高階一點的??  還是說有無更好選擇

會想使用XEON是因為    I5價位  I7效能  只是沒有內顯

還是說處理器有更好選擇??

有何建議或是指教歡迎大家提出

扣除其他擴充卡的話  預算大概是2W
