偷人妻生子要不回　小王竟貼尋兒海報

【楊勝裕／新竹報導】新竹市一名39歲蔡姓人妻與52歲的馮姓男同事發生畸戀，2009年間兩人到馮男住處發生性關係，造成蔡女懷孕，同年10月產下1子。只是，馮男隔了3年才想要回與蔡女夫同姓的親生兒，竟在情人家巷口張貼協尋兒照海報，海報上還有兒子的照片，林男路過發現，不只偷帶兒子去診所驗DNA，確認兒子非親生，妻子最後才吐實，坦承偷腥生子，林男憤而提告兩人妨害家庭。

蔡女坦承與對方曾發生性關係，今年5月間丈夫具狀撤回對妻的告訴，檢方予以不起訴處份。但馮男在偵查時，堅稱他與蔡女交往發生性關係後，對方老公在2011年8月姦情就被對方知道了，早過了妨害家庭的刑責追溯期，但檢方未採信，因此依妨害家庭罪嫌起訴馮男。
