勾結山老鼠　2刑警遭判刑

【林泊志／宜蘭報導】宜蘭大同鄉南山神木遭山老鼠集團盜取樹瘤，大批神木群遭攔腰砍斷，檢警獲報後追出涉案的山老鼠集團與負責銷售的奇木店。檢察官薛植和獲知有不肖警員涉案，抽絲剝繭後，追出8名不肖警員與山老鼠集團勾串，包括宜蘭縣警局蘇澳警分局前石姓偵查佐、刑警大隊前黃姓小隊長等人。
 
檢方查出，石男從101年10月至12月期間，與山老鼠集團趁風災或大水過後，前後10次潛入大同鄉石門溪及田古爾溪國有林班地盜取紅檜、扁柏等珍貴漂流木，粗估獲利374萬餘元。另外，黃男於去年12月間，參與廖本義為首的山老鼠集團盜林，前往田古爾溪協助搬運扁柏和紅檜等共5根漂流木。訊後，檢方依《森林法》將這批貪警起訴。
