永慶房屋進一步區隔縣市，新竹市每坪成交價16.2萬元，已5個月不漲。新竹縣實際登錄成交行情，則已從8月每坪15.1萬元的高點，連續兩個月下跌。

請問一下最近 實際在新竹市 有看屋的人，對這種現象有感嗎？

小弟這兩週在新竹市 關埔 世博 看一些新成屋，建案目前好像也都還是價格一直往上墊，
我覺得還滿熱的，但因為只看了兩週可能觀察週期不夠久，有些地方沒注意。

請問新竹市的各位，真的有感受到價格停滯的感覺嗎？
