男子三次違反醫師法判刑1年8月

台南市男子王忠義無醫師執照，早在民國65年間因從事醫療行為，被判刑1年，緩刑3年；85年間又違反醫師法被判刑1年6月，93年間第三次再觸犯醫師法，判刑1年7月。但王仍不知警惕，今年4月間為患者從事牙病的治療行為，因造成患者牙齒疼痛及牙齦受傷，遭到檢舉，檢察官查獲不法，將他提起公訴。台南地院今天判處王忠義有期徒刑1年8月。
