台泥國際香港復牌 狂飆

台泥日前決定將香港上市的子公司台泥國際私有化，台泥國際昨（27）日中午回復交易，股價大漲超過兩成，反映母公司溢價收購的行情，加上大陸水泥價格已連續7周上漲，水泥類股近期普遍走強。

台泥日前宣布將以每股3.9港元、溢價27.45％收購台泥國際的股權，希望促成私有化以100％認列在大陸的營收，使得台泥國際在港股回復交易之後就立刻跳漲23.85％，以每股3.79港元作收。

市場人士指出，台泥已晉升大陸第六大水泥廠之列，不過子台泥國際在港股流通性偏低，本益比只有8倍，表現不如母公司台泥的14.5倍或是大陸同行安徽海螺的14倍，加上大陸營運已上軌道，推進私有化並不令人意外。而大陸建商今年普遍高價買地，預料將加快興建與推案，可望帶動水泥需求，加上中西部鐵路建設與城市基礎工程啟動，下半年整體水泥市場需求樂觀。

除了台泥，大陸水泥類股近期普遍上漲。官方為整頓空氣污染，推出多項水泥產業的節能減排與限產措施，大幅推高水泥價格，加上市場需求持續增加，大型水泥廠的營收與股價下半年明顯走升。
