美國10月成屋待完成銷售 降至10個月低點

美國10月成屋待完成銷售降至10個月低點，也是連續第五個月下滑，增添美國房市冷卻的跡象。

全美房地產經紀人協會（NAR）編製的成屋待完成銷售指數，10月下滑0.6%至102.1，為去年12月來最低，也不如市場預期的上揚1.3%。

房屋供應緊俏引發的房貸利率和房價上漲，可能讓部分潛在買主打退堂鼓。房市要持續復甦，也有賴就業市場和消費者信心進一步成長、以及整體經濟繼續擴張。
