否認包庇日月光 加工管理處：依法同意納管

針對日月光K7廠排放廢水事件，高市環保局透露，日月光K7廠10月5日未經環保局同意，以私設納管將廢水排入楠梓加工出口區汙水下水道海放，加工出口區管理處竟在無公文狀況下，替K7廠處理汙水海放，程序明顯有瑕疵。對此，加工出口區管理處14日以新聞稿表示，日月光公司K5及K7廠申請納管，加工處依下水道法及楠梓加工出口區污水下水道使用管理規章，於95年同意納管，因此日月光公司K7廠為加工處污水下水道系統用戶，加工處依法同意日月光公司K5及K7廠排放。

此外，10月5日加工處亦針對K5及K7廠之放流口進行抽測，進行抽測之水質項目符合加工處納管標準。因此，加工處對10月5日該公司申請K5及K7廠廢污水排入楠梓園區污水下水道系統，是依法同意且依規定徵收下水道使用費，並無包庇情事。至於是否另埋設其他管線進行海放，仍須深入查證。
