請問關於牽車時想要自己領牌的話

除了選牌費一千塊之外 其餘的還要自己出嗎？

因為我去下訂的時候老闆合約上有寫含領牌費

但我有跟他說我要去別的縣市自己領牌的話 需要拿什麼證明去領牌嗎？

老闆就說 阿 你要自己領牌喔? 那稅金要自己出喔

他是說 現在年底了 稅金沒有多少錢.

但我有點疑問是 如果十二月牽車稅金沒多少錢

那麼2014年年初 我是否要再去繳一次稅金？

一般的話 自己要去別的縣市選牌 稅金都是自己負擔嗎？

那燃料稅的部分是 車子出廠 車行就會負擔的嗎？
(會這樣問是因為像強制險 老闆就說他會幫我出 然後我在去辦 不然我車子也出不去)
