「要不要搭便車」　男拐女上車性侵

【黃哲民／新北報導】49歲洪姓男子今年10月25日下午騎乘一輛偷來的機車，在三峽區拐騙一名20多歲女子搭便車後，高速騎進山區性侵得逞，女方畏懼洪男將一隻扳手插在她頭邊地上示威，不敢反抗，事後報警提告，怒罵洪男：「為何不花錢去找合法的！」新北地檢署今起訴洪男加重強制性交罪嫌，最少判7年。

洪男（在押）曾犯3起性侵案，被合併判刑7年2月，前年剛出獄。他到案承認：「我真的做錯了。」但辯稱起初真的是好意讓女方搭便車，後因「肢體碰觸」起淫念。

女方出庭憤怒不已，表示當時洪男騎車在她身邊繞圈2、3次，一直盧她：「要不要搭便車？」她拗不過才上車，心想只是要到前方不遠處的雜貨店，卻被載進山裡，她見苗頭不對，跳車往山下逃仍被抓回性侵，洪男更拿扳手插在她頭邊地上示威，揚言不從「就要插妳心口」。
