什麼?!遠通居然沒免費電話

可能小弟遲遲沒去貼ETAG所以不知道
今天對於要領ETAG卡有些疑問所以打了客服
可能因為過幾天就要全面上路的關係大家都在打
等待客服等了11分多....
重點是居然是付費電話阿!!!!!!!!
好吧可能有人會說開的起車難道繳不起11分鐘的電話費嗎
重點是奇摩子的問題阿

難道擁有五百萬使用者的公司連一支0800免費電話都沒有辦法申請嗎?
有跟客服人員反應希望能提供免費電話不知道有沒有用
