曾銘宗：美河市案 日勝生未超貸

金管會主委曾銘宗表示，日勝生小碧潭美河市聯合開發案的銀行貸款為百分之六十五，並未超貸，目前日勝生財報及股價也無異常，證交所持續注意中。

台北捷運新店機場「美河市」聯開案涉弊遭檢調調查，民進黨立委許添財、李應元等關切「美河市」造價約一百二十億元，但得標廠商日勝生向兆豐銀行貸款一百二十四億元，是否涉及超貸？金管會主委曾銘宗表示，依捷運局估價造價為一百八十二億，貸款成數約六成五，沒有超貸。，『依兆豐銀提供的資料，捷運局核定成本是一百八十二億，真正貸款成數是百分之六十五，不是百分一百或百分之九十幾。』
