希臘：計劃明年下半重返債市

希臘財政部長斯圖納拉斯(Yannis Stournaras)29日表示，希臘計劃在2014年下半年重返債券市場，但條件是希臘經濟成長、並取得一項初步的預算盈餘。

斯圖納拉斯在接受實時新聞(Realnews)訪問時說，「我們正準備在2014年下半年重返債市。」

但他也強調，這必須在希臘經濟成長、以及一項不含債務清償成本在內的預算盈餘先決條件下。

飽受債務危機所苦的希臘，已關閉中、長期債市，並依賴歐洲聯盟與國際貨幣基金(IMF)紓困解危。目前希臘只能發行短期公債。

希臘政府預期，明年將可取得一項初步的30億歐元(40億美元)預算盈餘；相較之下，今年的盈餘為8.12億歐元。此外，希臘也預料，在經過6年的不景氣之後，將回復成長至0.6%。
