性侵犯交保 檢抗告 士院改裁收押

「道之門」教主「歐陽顯」性侵案，經士林地院審理後，預定明天宣判，但法院在宣判前夕，裁定讓兩名在押被告歐陽顯跟女教徒交保，檢方不服抗告成功，士院今天重開羈押庭，裁定將歐陽顯再次收押、女學員改以三十萬交保。

檢方指出，被交保的女教徒十多年前參加靈修團體「道之門生活學堂」，與「歐陽顯」發生性關係，前年還把當時才十一歲的女兒當成性貢品，讓「歐陽顯」性侵長達兩年，令女兒生不如死。歐陽顯跟女教徒今年六月落網，檢方七月依加重強制性交罪將兩人聲押獲准，九月起訴，士院日前辯論終結，在宣判前夕，審判長認為兩名被告已無勾串之虞，分別讓歐陽顯跟女教徒以十五萬、十萬交保，士檢提出抗告成功，歐陽顯交保後再被收押，女教徒的交保金則提高到三十萬。
