遭批太重論文發表　國科會：此說法不公平

【陳威廷／台北報導】上銀科技公司董事長卓永財日前批評國科會懷抱200多元億科技預算，卻只著重論文發表，導致學術研究與產業斷鏈。國科會副主委賀陳弘上午在立院教育委員會接受質詢時澄清，國科會過去幾年推出如產學大、小聯盟創新創業計畫、萌芽計畫等，都是全新且消除產學落差的方案，外界質疑科研指標過度強調SCI、SSCI，國科會從今年初起也廢除舊有規定，推動評鑑指標多元化。他表示，對於外界批評虛心接受，但如此指控不公平。
