印度12歲童偷餅乾　遭倒吊痛毆致死

【周佩萱／綜合外電報導】印度一12歲男孩因偷竊餅乾被逮，最後竟命喪「法庭」。
 
事發在印度東部必哈爾省(Bihar)的泰迪鎮，12歲的巧土庫馬(Chhotu Kumar)和另一名同伴13歲的品土庫馬(Pintu Kumar)27日在商店中行竊被逮，2人坦承犯罪，隨後被帶到村民自己臨時成立的「法庭」，負責審判的人隨後下令將2人倒吊並痛毆，巧土被打到身亡，品土則是重傷。

男童的父母當時也在法院內，曾請求對方寬恕，對方要求他們付1萬盧比的罰金(約台幣4840元)，但由於男童父母家境清寒，要求2天時間籌錢，但對方堅持立刻付錢，否則男童只有持續挨打的份，不料最後竟打死一男童。

當地警察已對此事展開調查，並逮捕8名涉案人士，警方表示當地村民私審案件，情況相當嚴重，警方肯定會一一清查。
