其實是一個對岸每周持續的連線活動
我上次開通國際漫遊後 打過去 (對方是大陸的手機號)
結果還沒"嘟"聲 就自動結束通話了
電信客服說我撥號的方式是正確的,但詳細為什麼打不進去也不清楚

是不是對方也必須開通 國際漫遊 才接的到我的電話? ((對方是大陸當地的手機號
還是這是 因為連線壅擠 才出現的狀況? orz
