「台船」爭舊名「中船」商標　獲勝訴

【孫友廉／新北報導】國內外著名造船廠「中國造船公司」，2007年3月配合政府「正名」，改名為「台灣國際造船公司」，也在同年8月註冊「中國造船」商標，但擔任中船多屆董事的許志堅在2009年2月，卻申請設立「中國造船公司」。
 
台灣國際造船公司認為已侵害其「中國造船」著名商標，造成社會大眾混淆、誤認而提訟。智財法院日前宣判，認為許志堅明知「中國造船」為「台灣國際造船」長年經營建立的著名商標，卻以此名義登記為公司，確已造成混淆誤認，判決許男不得使用「中國造船」為公司名，也須在《蘋果日報》等三報頭版，刊登判決主要部分連續3天；全案尚可上訴。
