3GB RAM 的手機？再過不久最強的名號就要讓給別人啦。Samsung 今天推出了首款單顆粒容量達 8Gb 的 LPDDR4 記憶體，而這就意味著 4GB RAM 的行動產品已經成為了可能。據悉它的頻寬可達 3.1Gbps，處理速度比現有的 DDR3 產品提高了 50%，單功耗卻能降低 40%。按照 Samsung 的說法，這款產品將會在 2014 年內大規模量產，適用於搭載 Ultra HD 螢幕的筆電、智慧型手機和平板電腦。估計大家和我們一樣，腦中第一個浮現的應該是 Galaxy Note 4 吧。
