推女兒給教主性侵　惡母覓保無著改收押

【賴又嘉、吳珮如／台北報導】「道之門生活學堂」創辦人歐陽顯涉嫌與女學員共謀性侵女學員的11歲幼女，士林地院原裁定兩人交保，遭高院發回重審，士林地院今改裁定歐陽顯羈押、女學員30萬元交保，但女學員的父親僅籌到20萬元，法官改裁定女學員收押。

法官認定歐陽顯供述前後不一，且避重就輕，加上歐陽顯屢以「能量引導」為由，要求被害人母女為他性交，可見他對法律服從性極低，且他坦承對所有學員都倡導「能量引導」理論，法官擔心恐有其他被害人沒曝光，認定歐陽顯有逃亡之虞，因此改裁定羈押。

被害人母親則因坦承部分犯行，且被害人已獲安置，惡母也不得接觸，法官認為她無法再影響被害人，今天中午裁定30萬元交保並限制出境、出海，但因覓保無著，傍晚再改裁定收押。
