中檢破史上最大林木盜採案　部長送蘋果

【鄧玉瑩／台中報導】台中地檢署上周偵破史上最大的一級林木盜採案，查扣逾200公噸、價值超過5000萬元珍木，法務部長羅瑩雪今特地帶著8箱蘋果到中檢致贈有功人員。羅瑩雪說：「送蘋果是取平安之意，希望大家辦案平平安安，不會被山老鼠恐嚇或有生命威脅。」
 
羅瑩雪表示：「這件案子破得非常漂亮，可惜不適用監聽，否則可以抓到幕後金主。」羅瑩雪說現在立法院正提出監聽法新修正案，監聽將限制更多，未來不利於辦案。台中地檢署檢察長楊秀美也說：「這等於拔了我們的牙齒，卻要我們抓出壞人，實在是雪上加霜。」
