C型肝炎可服藥治癒

臨床實驗顯示，一種混合藥物能夠治癒C型肝炎，只是一年藥費至少

要八萬元，全球1億5000萬名患者絕大部分可能無法負擔，雖然專家

表示這類抗病毒藥物可能像抗愛滋病藥物一樣費用快速下降。

這種混合藥物中的saclatasvir還在實驗階段，另一種sofosbuvir剛

獲美國當局核准。

美國和波多黎各共有211人參加臨床實驗，每天服用400毫克

sofosbuvir和60毫克daclatasvir。其中有些人也混合服用可能引起

貧血的第三種藥物ribavirin。

治療結束三個月後，有98%的人被認為治癒，血液中完全驗不出病毒

。這項研究首次顯示完全不用ribavirin也可以治癒C型肝炎。

全球每年有多達400萬人感染C型肝炎，約有35萬人因此喪生。
