竹科285棟違建　僅訪查42家

【侯力元／新竹報導】新竹市消防局長曹重賓今天於市務會議上報告，去年8月至去年底為止，清查發現緊鄰竹科的金山街其出租套房區，蓋至6樓以上建物共285棟，但巷弄狹小，雲梯車無法進入，擔心遇火警救援不易，但消防安檢須與房東、住戶約好時間進屋察看，截至去年底止，僅成功訪查42家，執行進度是14.74%，其中有25家出租套房不合格，不合格率為60%，接續將與工務單位聯合安檢。
 
新竹市長許明財指示工務處、消防局、教育處務必全力進行聯合安全檢查，尤其針對正在興建的違建部分，一定要馬上制止，已經完工出租的違建套房部分，若有危險性，可採取斷水斷電的強力措施。
