車禍責任歸屬和出席鑑定要怎麼面對的問題

我們雙方為同車道，且只有一個車道並無多車道的狀況，我是後車，但前車突然左轉害我撞上，中間是雙黃線，但對方還未跨越，而我撞上後飛至對向車道路旁，且車頭還轉了180度，這樣鑑定後會有超速的肇因嗎？我車速是比旁人快了一些約6、70，但目前我並沒有特別承認這一點。

我認為對方突然左轉害我撞上為主因，而且還違規跨越雙黃線。
但對方指稱後車撞前車就是我不對，而且他並未跨越雙黃線所以並未違規，還在路權內行使，反倒我雙黃線撞上他是因為要在雙黃線超車的緣故。(其實我是閃避不及)

以上有監視器，請問主要肇責是我後車撞前車嗎？還是對方的錯？
監視器能推算出我的車速嗎？
現在談不攏，申請車禍鑑定，幾天後要出席，請問出席時要攜帶什麼資料？還要講什麼話才好？沒有經驗，請各位幫幫忙！
