不滿幫忙清大便　受刑人毆室友起訴

【郭芷余／高雄報導】高雄一名陳姓受刑人在大寮監獄服刑時，因病行動不便無法自理排泄物，只好由同病房的蔡姓室友幫忙清理。去年6月晚間10時許就寢後，陳男又叫蔡男幫他清理尿袋，導致蔡心生不滿，便動手毆打陳，打到陳顱內出血，檢方偵查後將蔡依傷害罪起訴。

蔡男（35歲）坦承因為經常幫陳男清理排泄物覺得很煩，去年6月23日晚間10時許大家已經睡覺，陳尿袋滿，又叫他幫忙倒掉，他一時衝動才動手。另有證人供述和監視錄影器錄到蔡男打猛毆陳頭部，當晚陳男緊急送醫，診斷出頭部外傷、左側顱內出血併中線偏移，檢方因而起訴蔡男。
