扯睪丸伴男友屍　女求「復活」判7月

【陳亮諭／綜合報導】新竹1對毒鴛鴦去年7月疑因口角，蔡姓男子(48歲)上吊死亡又遭扯掉睪丸及陰囊，盧姓女友(35歲)伴屍4天，她指稱，為了「救回」男友，才扯下睪丸及陰囊盼「復活」。新竹地院昨天依侵害屍體罪，判盧女7個月徒刑。

今日出版的《聯合報》報導，檢警一度懷疑盧女辣手殺男友，偕法醫解剖相驗，確認蔡男頸部受力平均，頸上亞當軟骨兩側都斷裂，研判他在去年7月19日晚間服用藥物及酒精中毒後，以皮帶綁住鐵窗，上吊身亡，排除他殺可能性。盧女當時神情恍惚，嘴裡還念念有詞，她表示，為了讓男友活過來才會扯他睪丸，也向法官說明，動機是為了讓男友能「死而復生」。
