北韓射飛彈 南韓批蓄意挑釁

（中央社記者姜遠珍首爾28日專電）南韓國防部發言人金(王民)奭今天就北韓發射飛彈一事表示，從軌跡和速度研判，可能是飛毛腿飛彈，且1艘北韓警備艇24日越過北方限界線，由此判斷，這是北韓精心策劃的挑釁。

南韓聯合新聞通訊社引述金(王民)奭在記者會上說，這是北韓於2009年之後第一次發射飛毛腿飛彈，射程覆蓋朝鮮半島全境，威懾力極大。北韓擁有的大部分飛毛腿飛彈是移動式，因此可在短時間內做好準備並發射。

金(王民)奭說，聯合國十分關切北韓研發彈道飛彈。

報導說，南韓國防部官員昨天透露，北韓於當天下午5時42分起在北韓江原道旗桿嶺一帶朝東北方向海域發射了4枚疑似短程彈道飛彈的飛行物，這些飛行物的射程在200公里以上。1030228
