為防止河床邊岩盤持續崩塌，北水局針對大漢溪復華段進行整治工程。然而工程單位疑似將堵­溪興建攔砂壩，三光地區居民憂心將對環境造成影響，整治不成反釀成更大災禍。抗議民眾遞交抗議書給北水局，要求立即停工，並重新檢討施工方式。三光地區牧師歐秘說，我們泰雅族人很清楚，河流有自己回家的路，施工過程須審慎考量；若政府與工程單位仍決議要興建，...（更多）
