這麼衰？男一年半8意外　法官不信

吳姓男子說他在1年半內，歷經騎車滑倒、走路被電線絆倒、騎機車跟客運相撞等等，他計算自己因意外就醫8次，向保險公司訴請理賠5萬多元。

今日出版的《自由時報》報導，吳男聲稱，從100年10月起到102年5月，意外不斷，在西門町騎車滑倒；在家中被電線絆倒2次；騎機車摔倒；在行人徒步區被肇逃機車撞倒；在新竹縣關西鎮騎機車跟新竹客運相撞；到醫院看診摔倒2次。吳男因這8次意外而就診，向台銀人壽訴請給付約5萬元理賠金，但法官認為疑點重重，只判准2次，理賠6000多元。（方翊倩／綜合報導）
