新竹市1名蔡婦已婚婦人與1名馮姓男子(55歲)發生婚外情還產下1子，馮男因老來得子，上門要人「還我兒子」還張貼海報張揚，蔡婦的林姓丈夫認為「孩子是無辜的」，雖非親生仍堅持養兒；新竹地院依妨害家庭罪判處馮男徒刑4月。

今日出版的《自由時報》報導，判決指出，馮男明知蔡女是有夫之婦，2009年初仍在竹北市住處與她發生關係致懷孕，同年10月產下1子。去年1月13日林男發現，馮男在新竹市住處巷口張貼兒子照片，還寫「還我兒子」字樣，林男知悉妻子出軌且帶孩子到婦產科作親子鑑定，為求家庭圓滿，撤回對妻子的通姦告訴及堅持養兒。
