我想請問大家
我最近 剛買三星 NOTE2 發現 sim 卡 要小卡
而 我的SIM卡 是2G 大卡
電信人員 要求我 要轉換 3G sim 卡
並且 費率 為183
但 我 很少打電話 費率183 太多了 打不完
而網路上說 可以把 2G SIM卡 剪小卡 就OK
但 電信人員 說 不可以 剪 叫我 一定 要用3G SIM卡
所以 我很苦惱
如果 SIM 卡 可以剪 請問 大台北 哪裡 可提供 這服務
