美海軍早餐 年輕人最愛

美國海軍道地早餐「SOS」，是Sam從軍時難忘的好滋味，也是他與妻子葉素慧經營美式餐廳招牌菜色。

個性風趣的Sam說，海軍伙食「便宜又大碗」，除了能給人滿滿活力，也意外獲得台灣年輕人青睞。

「SOS」是美國海軍標準早餐菜色，雙片吐司加上薯餅，淋上道地特調的奶油醬料，還沒上菜就令人食指大動。Sam說，台灣年輕族群對這道「軍方食物」情有獨鍾，成了店裡最招牌的餐點之一。

除了SOS，愛吃也愛做菜的Sam還改良故鄉費城義大利知名美食「披薩包」。他說，這道料理是妻子準備給外出工作丈夫的三餐，在費城，一個披薩包可以切成好幾段每餐食用，每當料理家鄉美食，心裡總會湧上思鄉情愁。

開設餐廳8年來，Sam與妻子葉素慧走過金融風暴低潮時刻，從默默無名的小店一躍成為人氣餐館。
