為何覆議?江揆：平等、明確有爭議

行政院發言人鄭麗文今天轉述指出，主計總處是以兩理由建請對會計法修法提出覆議，一是對民代、教授有不同的不罰標準，違反平等原則；二是會計法修法條文中疏漏的「教」字，有欠明確，司法機關執行時恐生疑慮。

鄭麗文指出，江揆也於裁示提出覆議後指出，考量平等、明確原則，因此政院提出覆議，以避免為來有所爭議。
