梅鐸王國分拆 出版和娛樂分家

（法新社紐約28日電） 媒體大亨梅鐸根據一項承諾已久的「釋出價值」計畫，今天將企業王國分拆，把欣欣向榮的娛樂事業自困頓的出版業務分割出來。

這項分拆在紐約華爾街股市今天收盤後生效，分拆後成立名為「21世紀福斯公司」（21st Century Fox）的新組織，出版集團則保有「新聞集團」（News Corp）的名稱。兩家公司都由梅鐸當家。

「21世紀福斯公司」旗下有福斯好萊塢片廠（Fox Hollywood studios）及電視實體。

新成立的新聞集團旗下，則有多家知名報紙，如在美國的「華爾街日報」（Wall Street Journal）、「紐約郵報」（New York Post）；在英國的「星期泰晤士報」（Sunday Times），「週日電訊報」（Sunday Telegraph）、「太陽報」（The Sun）及澳洲的「澳洲人報」（The Australian）。

集團旗下也包括道瓊新聞社（Dow Jones news agency）、澳洲福斯廣播公司體育台（Fox Sports Australia）及哈波柯林斯出版社（HarperCollins publishing house）。（譯者：中央社陳蓉）
