國光免費班車「暴走」　北市府開罰

【郭美瑜／台北報導】國光客運台北─宜蘭頭城鎮3條國道客運路線今首發，上午免費試乘引爆爭議，台北市公共運輸處科長黃惠如表示，經查證發現，公路總局台北區監理所上午10時55分才核發國光許可證、完成通車程序，國光卻搶在上午6時便開始營運，且還有駕駛走錯路，已違反公路法第40條及第77之1條，公運處除派員蒐證開單，無許可營運舉發10例，駕駛應行駛南港路卻走研究院路舉發1例，後續將依程序移送至其主管機關台北區監理所處分。
