請問眼鏡到底要用什麼洗?? !!急20點

之前去寶島眼鏡行時

店員說眼鏡用洗碗精洗就好了

但是最近去的另一家店

老闆說不能用洗碗精洗(他說那太傷眼鏡的保護層 會容易刮傷)

叫我用沐浴乳 或肥皂洗(他說那是人體用的 比較溫和)

真相到底是???

請懂眼鏡的人 或是眼鏡行的人(知道內幕的人)幫我解答
