撞狗與被後車追撞 當下的你會如何抉擇

今天小弟開車經過太平新平路與東平路口
剛過路口時突然有一隻狗走向車道
我當下輕踩剎車,想說狗應該會注意到車子要來會趕緊閃
結果發現他完全不理會我,因為已經滿靠近狗了我只好完全踩下剎車
當下我超怕後車會追撞上來
不過還好後面沒有車子跟在我後方
以上敘述似乎很長但實際上發生的時間約只有5秒鐘
想問各位車友
發生這種情況你們會怎麼做
當下不可能會去看後照鏡有沒有跟車
所以只能臨機應變
若後面有跟車
緊急停車能挽回一條生命,但自己可能就會被後車追撞,開始一堆沒完沒了的車禍賠償
若繼續行駛或許那隻狗就會死於輪下,相對的就不會有車禍問題可是卻會讓你心裡面有一層陰影
