洪仲丘案 起訴沈威志等18人

陸軍義務役下士洪仲丘死亡案至今28天，軍檢專案小組上午9點舉行記者會對外說明偵結書狀。最高軍事法院檢察署檢察長曹金生說，專案小組只有一個目標，找出真相，給國人交代，以告慰仲丘在天之靈，全案起訴被告被告前旅長沈威志、何江忠、徐信正、劉延俊、范佐憲、陳以人等18人。

曹金生表示，全案事實已有真相，為了不讓輿論不斷揣測，造成社會紛擾，動搖對國軍及軍檢署信心，他以專案小組召集人身分對國人表達歉意。

記者會由曹金生少將與高等軍事法院檢察署檢察長史勝德與北部地方軍事法院檢察署檢察長吳逸聖共同召開。
