戒護士陳毅勳凌虐導致洪死亡 從重量刑起訴

洪仲丘遭虐死案，軍檢署今天(三十一號)偵結，一共起訴旅長沈威志等十八人，檢察長曹金生表示，包括旅長沈威志、副旅長何江忠、許信正、劉延俊、 范佐憲、陳以人等六人，涉及刑法28條、陸海空軍刑法，共同對部署，施以法定種類以外處罰；還有涉及共同職權妨礙自由罪嫌，提起公訴。另外戒護士陳毅勳身為禁閉管理士，對洪仲丘等四名禁閉士戶外操練，施以嚴酷體能訓練，已經超過強度，讓禁閉生身心疲憊，超過體能身心負荷程度，才導致洪仲丘七月四號七點十二分，因為體能操練引發運動型中暑，低血鈉導致多重器官衰竭，戒護士陳毅勳凌虐行為，與洪仲丘的死亡有相關的關聯，已經觸犯陸海空軍刑法，上官藉勢凌虐軍人、上官藉勢凌虐軍人致死，將從重量刑，依法提起公訴。
