這次房市暴跌3~5成，看來是跌定了~~

快跌是快跌
但理由都感覺沒甚麼邏輯...有待加強
1.小弟認知油價從22漲到現在35會不會物極必反?
2.熱錢退散 甘房子啥事@@?
3.這十年台灣比人家遲緩多少 房價有跌嗎@@?
4.可能延長 乾脆說有想效法大陸調控跟房產稅不更打擊...
5.小弟可能麻痺房子的稅一直感覺不大
6.剛剛去松山永慶看房子 他才說絕對不會跌勒...還跟我說他在內湖剛買了一間 不知你遇到的仲介怎麼那麼保守
小弟知道的中投最近在台北市退場是真的 不過轉戰到新莊了
背離行情的拋售 他背後的意義 用點想像力 你會想到真相的

快跌快跌快跌了
明天起床房價就剩一半了~YA
