台灣大閘蟹上市再等兩周　售價持平

【林世雄／台中報導】秋天是品嚐大閘蟹的季節，許多老饕早已躍躍欲試，等待台灣自產的大閘蟹上市。台中市大閘蟹養殖協會會長黃喜慶說，目前台灣大閘蟹還沒有完全成熟，大約僅九分熟，蟹膏還不夠飽滿，還要兩周才能上市。今年售價與去年相比，大致相同，以四兩重的台產大閘蟹為例，一隻售價為400元。

他說，雖然中國的大閘蟹已經可以進口，但台灣的大閘蟹是自然生態養殖，衛生安全，現撈的口味鮮甜，口感比起大陸大閘蟹好很多，相信可吸引本地老饕前來品嚐。
