陽澄湖大閘蟹今天開捕

正宗陽澄湖大閘蟹今天（十七日）開捕。

大陸「央廣網」報導，今天一早陽澄湖周圍的蟹農，都搖著船到湖面捕撈螃蟹，第一網螃蟹當中大概有7、8隻，有雄蟹也有雌蟹。據蟹農目測大概是在2.5兩到3.5兩左右，長勢相當不錯，規格分量比去年還要稍大一些。

今天開捕的大閘蟹一上岸就會被送去檢測包裝，然後發運出去，成為今年第一批出口螃蟹。

今年夏天的高溫很多人擔心會影響到螃蟹的長勢，事實上，今年的高溫帶來的光照充足水位低，反而有利螃蟹的長勢。預計今年陽澄湖大閘蟹產量不會比去年低，整個蘇州的產量大概在2100至2300噸左右，整個的產量可能比去年還會稍高一些。

在價格方面，大閘蟹才剛開湖搶鮮，上市量較小，價格行情會高一點。但是隨著10月分批量上市，價格就會出現調整，但預計今年整個行情不會低於去年。
