民進黨團總召柯建銘今天說，民進黨團最關心的就是維護憲政體制的問題，總統馬英九破壞憲政體制，行政院長江宜樺藐視立法院，對立法院指指點點，這是毀憲行為。另外，特務治國的監聽作為，使特偵組淪為東廠，這兩個問題，是民進黨認為的兩大主軸，必須優先處理。

媒體詢問，等一下會怎樣質詢，柯建銘說，「你們等著看就好」。

高志鵬：目標明確 不讓江上台

【聯合晚報╱記者陳怡秀／即時報導】民進黨團幹事長高志鵬說，今天很明確的目標，就是不讓行政院長江宜樺上台，會開黨團會議來進行討論，霸占主席台等作法都有可能。 開議決戰日，民進黨團昨天在黨團會議中決定今天要穿著黑衣，表達台灣憲政黑暗期。高志鵬說，第一次用全黑的打扮，「有點像黑道大哥」。媒體笑問，「要來討債嗎」，高志鵬則答，「是要討馬英九和江宜樺欠台灣人民憲政的公道」。
