徐當仁演講海上貨保實務

中華航運學會於十八日邀請兆豐產物保險股份有限公司顧問徐當仁（見圖），以「海上貨物保險實務」進行專題演講，徐當仁介紹，海上保險特色為損失發生時被保險人要有保險利益，通常是保值保險，但不一定絕對是保值保險。投保時被保險人的告知義務是適用無限告知主義，貨物運輸保險為航程保險，貨物運輸保險單的移轉以背書為之。（圖文：黃雅羚）
