航運學會增3公司

中華航運學會於十八日召開第十七屆第三次會員大會，由理事長張志清（中，黃雅羚攝）主持，會中報告會員動態，又有三家公司成為新團體會員；而建置航運季刊網站暨線上中英文投審系統已安裝測試及正式上線。

新團體會員經榮譽理事長林光協助推展業務，請沛華集團旗下環華國際通運、沛泓國際通運二家公司加入成為團體會員。

此外，台灣港務公司成立後也著手以公司名義投入航運團體活動，經張志清邀請順利成為該會新團體會員，而董事長蕭丁訓擔任該會六委員會當中「會員發展委員會」、「資訊蒐集委員會」召集人，積極參與會務工作。

該會與中華海運研究協會共同合作建置航運季刊中英文投審系統與網站作業系統，主要功能為提供投稿者於網站包括：註冊、線上投稿、查詢進度、稿件修改後再審、線上預審、新增審查委員、指派審查委員、決定徵詢順序、審查委員線上審查、再次審查、助理稿件、各式信件寄發等管理系統。
