軍人酒駕騎車找鑰匙　遭逮才發現在包包裡

【張芳榮／台北報導】台北市1名蔡姓現役軍人，今天凌晨3時許，趁著休假與朋友在松江路聚餐吃薑母鴨，餐後搭計程車返家。蔡男回到家發現忘記拿鑰匙，便騎機車折返薑母鴨店，途中碰到警方攔檢，經測酒測值為0.36，沒想到才酒測完，蔡男就在包包裡找到住家鑰匙，大呼實在倒楣。

警方表示，因洪仲丘案後，軍人涉案回歸司法機關，但這項新法，卻必須等5個月後生效也就是明年初，軍人涉刑案才會移送司法機關。目前依軍法，軍人酒駕觸犯公共危險罪，可處2年以下有期徒刑併科罰金30萬元，警方訊後依公共危險罪移送桃園軍檢處。
