被害人權協會呼籲修法 被害人可主動參與訴訟

【何哲欣／台北報導】台灣犯罪被害人人權服務協會上午開研討會，協會理事長趙維漢說，司法是正義最後一道防線，但法律給一般民眾的觀念卻是，司法只保護犯罪的人，被害人要在法庭上發言，需要法官同意，因此需要研究修《刑事訴訟法》，新增條文，讓犯罪被害人或家屬可以向法院陳明為訴訟參加人，但司法院對此修法卻仍態度保留，呼籲各界支持，保障被害人權益。

藝人郭子乾與受虐死亡下士洪仲丘的舅舅也都到場致意，支持修法。與會的民進黨立委吳宜臻說，已提案修法，會儘速排案審查。
