【潘岳／宜蘭報導】宜蘭縣礁溪鄉社區衛生促進會為打造「健康城市」，今天上午9時在龍潭湖舉辦以「拒菸反毒拒檳」為主題的學童美術比賽，一大早就見父母或老師帶著學童們到場領取畫紙，逾3百名大小學童在家人陪同下，或在湖畔或在樹下，認真作畫，處處可見親子間互動溫馨畫面。

礁溪衛生衛生促進會理事長林曼玲與鄉長林錫忠等人，並在「環縣宣言」看板上貼上簽名貼，共同為打造「愛我家園」做「拒菸反毒拒檳」健康宣言及做健康操，現場氣氛相當熱烈。林曼玲表示，過去都以健行、騎單車方式舉行，今年改辦學童彩繪活動，主要目的在讓親子一起走出戶外，接觸大自然，增間親子間互動關係。
